In this case, ‘Marshal’ is referring to Kim Jong-un. The title ‘Marshal’ can sometimes refer to Kim Il-sung but we can safely say this is about Kim Jong-un by the date it was composed and the fact that the lyrics mention him by name. As far as I’m able to tell, Kim Jong-il (his father) has never been referred to as marshal.

04.20.2014. This song is from one of my all time favorite Moranbong Band concerts. Featuring Ra Yu-mi, Pak Mi-kyong, Kim Yu-kyong, Jong Su-hyang, Ri Myong-hui, and Kim Sol-mi. Kim Yu-kyong is avoided by the camera throughout the entire concert.
